We would like to thank you for your loyal and continued business over the years. We appreciate it and will continue to work hard to exceed your expectations every day. As a company, we pride ourselves on the level of customer service and support we aim to provide to each and every customer on a daily basis. To continue this level of service in a cost effective manner we are being forced to raise our minimum order value.

Effective November 16, 2009, the minimum order value with Trusted Components will be 250.00. The individual line order value will remain at 50.00, however the total value of the order will need to reach the minimum value of 250.00 We will honor any outstanding quotes that have been issued within the last 30 days to help minimize any impact to your business flow. If you have any questions at all regarding the policy change, please do not hesitate to call your sales representative for additional details.

Trusted Components is proud to announce an influx of new inventories, specifically relevant to the sustainment of key military platforms. In many cases this material originates from partners who, previous to having an aftermarket conduit in Trusted Components, were left with no other option other than to destroy their sensitive excess material. Because of this we are pleased to offer this material to the DOD, Prime Contractors, and their partners enabling sustainment for many important programs.

Trusted Components model is unique in that we do not source product from the open market; we are completely focused on working with our partners' known good material. That coupled with our greater accountability to the DOD and industry provides our customer partners complete peace of mind both when purchasing devices from us or in having us redistribute their residual material. The net result is that many key military platforms are able to source these electronic components from a reliable company, Trusted Components.

Jun 18th, 2007 Trusted Components Expands Global Operations
Trusted Components has announced the opening of a new office in Asia. Building on the company’s North American success, Trusted Components is now bringing its reputation for quality and reliability to the Asian market.

Located in Shanghai, China, the new Trusted Components Asian headquarters will be staffed by a team of industry experts to offer customers Trusted Component’s full range of products and services including excess inventory management and distribution as well as secure storage and handling.

Excess inventory is a major concern and issue for all customers as each year, millions of OEM excess devices are flooded into the Asian open market. This legitimate inventory is often mixed with illegitimate products of questionable quality, such as refurbished, counterfeit, ESD damaged, failures and rejects. This not only reduces the value of legitimate OEM excess inventory, it puts into question all products purchased in the open market. With the opening of our Asian branch, customers will be able to turn to us for their excess inventory needs with the knowledge that all Trusted Components inventory is fully traceable from our OEM network, with each device undergoing a thorough incoming and outgoing inspection to ensure the ultimate in quality and reliability.

All inventory in stock at Trusted Components are 100% factory traceable through exclusive contracts between Trusted Components and a wide network of OEM’s, EMS, and suppliers. All products received by Trusted Components undergo incoming and outgoing inspection to verify quality and accuracy. All components are stocked in a secure distribution facility and tracked by lot and bin location. Every customer contract is assigned a Trusted Component program manager that provides each and every customer with the highest and most professional service in the industry.

Proper ESD handling is extremely important for your inventory.


Trusted Components has developed and implemented a comprehensive ESD protection program that meets or exceeds the requirements of:

  • MIL-STD-1686 (Electrical Discharge Program for Protection of Electrical and Electronic Parts, Assemblies and Equipment)

  • MIL Handbook 263 (Electrostatic Control Handbook for Electronic Parts and Assemblies)




An additional ESD Protection enhancement implemented by Trusted Components is the use of “Constant Monitors” at all work stations. This guarantees the integrity of the ESD system continuously throughout the handling process of your inventory.
